Earlier this year, a close friend of mine received the life-changing news that he had been diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease at just 38 years old.

It has been incredibly challenging time for him and his family, but one source of support has been Spotlight YOPD, a charity dedicated to helping people navigate the complexities of this condition.

In September, I’ll be running the Berlin Marathon to raise awareness and funds for Spotlight YOPD and support him as he faces this new chapter of life.
