Every year The Bolton children’s community nurses have a week of wearing Christmas sock, tights etc to raise money for a chosen charity and this year we have chosen Back Up North West. We will be doing this all week starting 16th December.

Back Up North West provide multiple services across Bolton to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness.

Services on offer include: 1:1 and group support, on site counselling, laundry services, budgeting services, life skills training, exercise & leisure, haircuts, food parcels and more!
