Stay stronger for longer with the British Heart Foundation’s brand new Strong Woman Challenge. 31-day at home strength training challenge this October.
Story
I'm taking part in the British Heart Foundation's first ever Strong Woman Challenge and my aim is to raise as much as I can to help fund live-saving research into heart disease.
It's a 31-day strength training programme starting on 1st October and I'm hoping to to be stronger, fitter, motivated and in great form by 31st October!
While this is first and foremost a home based 31day exercise plan designed by Pure Gym, I've also joined Body Success in Bangor for the month to help me achieve my goal. I’ve had a couple of intro sessions so far and believe me it’s tough!
Any money I raise will be added to the fund raising efforts of the Captains Donaghadee Golf Club who have both chosen the British Heart Foundation Northern Ireland as their charity for the year.
Please sponsor me if you can.
