Hello everyone,

I'm excited to announce that I'll be running the Brighton Marathon to support a cause very close to my heart. Working as an occupational therapist and having seen firsthand the positive impact of physical activity on mental health. I've decided to raise funds for the Heads On charity, to support the Hellingly Centre in purchasing technology to motivate individuals in increasing their physical activity and gain insight as to poor sleep patterns.

Heads On is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of patients at the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and your generous contributions will directly support initiatives that can make a real difference in the lives of those who rely on our services. Together, we can help promote better mental health through physical activity.
