My Husband has tried to get me to do a Skydive for years. Everytime I said absolutely not! I watched him freefall from 10,000 Feet on his sky dive years ago and said....
never in a million years.
So for me this is a BIG DEAL!
I am a Registered Nurse working for Education in Bradford Teaching Hospital. I support Trainee Nursing Associates, Nursing Associates Topping up and RNDAs. These incredible professionals study and learn and last year I created a recognition event for them. The Charity supported this event and plan on continuing to support this again in September, so I want to give something back to them.
I aim to raise money and the profile of the Nursing Associate role as the Charity and learners both deserve this.
The apprenticeship is close to my heart as this is how I entered healthcare. A cadet nurse on an apprentice wage and then a secondment with the Open University to gain a Degree in Nursing. Opportunities like these help so many professionals progress and provides support to achieve. This course allows people to learn and earn.
I want people to JUMP into the Trainee Nursing Associate Apprenticeship and join us at BTHFT. Together we can achieve so much.
BTHFT Charity helps provide funding for equipment, training and research which is vital to everyone who works/uses our service.
