There is nothing more tragic than the loss of a baby.

As an Obstetrician, I wish I could say this tragedy is rare but it is still far too common in this modern world.

Having seen it affect family, friends and patients, I couldn't think of better inspiration than the Oxford Half Marathon to finally hit the pavement again.

Petals is a baby loss counselling charity that provides a phenomenal counselling service for parents who have suffered the devastating loss of a pregnancy or death of a baby. I have witnessed Petals positive impact, navigating these parents through grief and trauma, and guiding them to a place of hope.
