Story
Mental health holds a special place in my heart, given my personal mental health struggles and it’s impact on my family. Fitness has been my coping mechanism, and running specially has helped me navigate through some difficult times, providing clarity, stress relief, and a sense of accomplishment.
This year is about helping others by putting one foot in front of the other for something bigger. Running The Hackney Half to raise funds for Mind In The City, Hackney and Waltham Forest is a chance to really make a difference and running in my community makes it even more special.
