Many of us have been touched by MND and many of us dread it.

I have a close personal friend with the disease and I have been inspired by the efforts of Kevin Sinfield who is a legend. This one's for my pal Pete with whom I have made many great memories on the touchline of our kids football pitches and at Premier League games. I'm pleased to say we are still making them.

So I will be walking 50km in the Cotswolds in June for this worthy cause and I need your support.
