It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Jeremy Evans. Jeremy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma in late 2024, and passed away on January 12th 2025.

Cholangiocarcinoma is a rare and aggressive cancer of the bile duct, and unfortunately is frequently only diagnosed at a late stage. We (Susan, Louise, and Andrew), kindly ask for your support in the form of donations to AMMF, the UK's Cholangiocarcinoma Charity. AMMF supports patients and their families by providing information and resources, acts as patient advocates and also, crucially, funds biomedical research into the causes, diagnosis and treatments for cholangiocarcinoma. Jeremy is loved and will be greatly missed by his wife Susan, daughter Louise, son Andrew, mother Audrey, brother Richard, and all his extended family and friends. He will be warmly remembered for his easy-going nature, sense of humour, and devotion to his family.

A celebration of Jeremy’s life will be held on Tuesday 25th February 2025 at 12.00pm at Woodlands Crematorium, Coleshill. Following the service, the family invites all who knew and loved Jeremy to join them at the Lea Marston Hotel (Perry Barton Suite), B76 0BY.
