Story
I'm taking part in this year's 100km Cycle Challenge to help raise vital funds for The Myton Hospices in memory of my late wife Sian. Sian died at 56 from secondary breast cancer in October 2023 and spent her last few days in Myton Hospice, Warwick.
Myton is not only a sanctuary providing excellent end of life care but also offers amazing facilities for families so that they can remain with their loved ones 24/7 during their last days.
Every month they need to raise £916,667 to provide their services free of charge to their patients and their families!
I'm asking you to show support by sponsoring my challenge to ensure they can continue to provide their services free of charge for the people of Coventry and Warwickshire, now and in the future.
Providing dedicated care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their families, in their inpatient beds and in the community continues to be their primary focus, and they need to raise £11 million this year to do this.
They can't do it without the support of people like me and you!
