Could you do 3,000 Squats in November to support breast cancer patients? It's a tough challenge. But it'll make a life-saving difference!

Story

Would you believe I'm doing 3,000 squats in November? It's going to be tough. But I'm committed, because it's going to help breast cancer patients.

I'm helping fund new consultation and screening spaces in the Mater Hospital's breast cancer clinic!

I’m also doing this to support my best friend Grace who was diagnosed with stage 1 aggressive breast cancer earlier this year.

I’ve set myself a pretty ambitious target of €3000! Hoping that you’ll help me get there by donating or if you can’t sharing this page on your social media platforms.

Also don’t forget to have those conversations with family members, friends and your GP. Don’t put off getting those lumps or bumps checked just because you feel ok. Early detection is KEY to life saving treatment plans 💕
