We fulfil unforgettable Special Days to support seriously ill 16 - 40 year olds

Story

Grief is a process that doesn't have a cure, it lives in our hearts - however we can choose to channel this grief into a positive cause, for a Charity that helped create beautiful memories for Martin with his wife Lisa and children George & Isla.

Hence why Martins family are planning to Row, Run, Cycle and Swim the distance from Leicester (where he grew up) to Cornwall (where he lived a beautiful life) to dedicate at least 300 'miles for Martin' during the month of May.

Jennifer (Martins sister) -Martin loved rowing, I do not....so trust me when I say my 100 miles row in May will be a challenge!

Any and all sponsors are VERY gratefully received for this great charity as well as to further motivate us all

At Willow we believe in quality of life and quality of time. Willow is the only national charity working with seriously ill young adults aged 16 to 40 to fulfil uplifting and unforgettable Special Days. This year we hope to fulfil 1,400 Special Days – a day to anticipate, to share and to remember when happy memories really do count. Sadly for some, it’s a last chance to fulfil a dream with the people that really matter. Thankfully for many more their Special Day is an important opportunity to put much-needed normality back into living.
