Sparkle (South Wales) is a charity very close to my heart. My gorgeous little Finny as most of you know has autism and suspected ADHD. Without the Serennu Centre we wouldn't have speech and language, activites and his own little safe place (the park) - which has the best scooter track ever in Finns opinion.

We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep.

Autism plays a huge part of our family and we hope that we can raise something for this wonderful charity so it can continue to support Gwent children and young people with disabilities and/or developmental difficulties.

I'm aiming to cover 30k in 7 days during autism week on top of.my usual 8k to 10k daily steps I do chasing Finn round. This is a big target for me as ive been a couch potato the last 2 years and any sponsorship no matter how big or small will mean the world to this charity and myself.
