My gorgeous little goddaughter has recently been diagnosed with a rare form of congenital heart disease which mean at the age of 16 months she will need to undergo open heart surgery at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and will need lifelong follow up.

Me and her Mam have decided to throw ourselves out of a plane to raise money for the amazing Alder Hey Children’s Charity who provide and help the hospital.
