Story
Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease. This is unacceptable!
I am fundraising for Brain Tumour Research as they are the only national charity dedicated to funding long-term, sustainable research in the UK. Please help me fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
Message from Eli &Joel,
We are two brothers who raise money for brain tumour research UK, a charity close to our hearts that needs money to fund research to help find a cure for brain tumours.
We are going to attempt to complete inflatable obstacle courses on 12 Oct 2024. Eli is doing 15k with 92 obstacles with the support of his cousin and Joel 5k with 32 obstacles with the support of our mum (which everyone says is worth sponsorship in its own right!)
Our Dad has been fighting glioblastoma, an aggressive type of brain tumour, for the past 5 years. We have seen him go through two large operations, chemotherapy and radiotherapy and we hope in the future there will be more treatment available to help him fight his battle against this horrible disease.
We are so proud of our Dad, our hero, whose strength and determination is incredible. He inspires us to keep supporting this amazing and worthwhile charity in the hope they can help him more in the future.
Please sponsor us and help us in our cause.
