Story
Just4Children are raising funds to give Florence access to specialist therapies, equipment and adaptive toys to support her development and independence.
Meet our baby cousin Florence.
She is always very happy and smiley , especially when she gets to spend time with us :)
She turns 2 this month because it's her birthday !
Auntie Bethan and uncle kerry found out while she was still inside the tummy at around a 30 week growing scan that she would be born a little different to the other babies.
They were told she has a very rare genetic condition, which was very scary and worrying for them, especially with such little time to prepare and learn about it all. But we were still very excited to meet and love her.
It affects lots of her day to day life. She has to work really really hard at all the things like, sitting up, moving in her walker, and even eating the foods i love. We recently took her with us on holiday and i helped push her around the dancefloor to chase the disco lights which are her favourites, and we won best dancers competition :)
She amazes us and makes all her family very proud at how strong and cheeky she is!
Me , Effie and my brother Jesse will be taking part in a walk through llangollen and up dinas bran castle to raise some money towards the therapies, which is a special place that helps baby Florence get stronger muscles, so she can carry on enjoying all the fun things all children deserve to have the ability to.
Lots of amazing people have been taking part in exciting things to help out.
We'd be very grateful if you sponsor us ( even if it's a pound) to do something little for our very unique little Florence. She's totally worth it
