Story
I am honoured to be running the London Marathon 2024 for the Royal Cornwall Hospital Charity. I feel this being one of our main hospitals it can be close to our hearts for many reasons. The funding the charity provides the hospital is vital. Personally whether it be scans, urgent treatment when I had meningitis or our Dad passing away at RCHT, this hospital has helped many of us and it’s time to give back and raise awareness of this beautiful charity. If you can share or donate no matter how small every little helps.
My Dad, Kian and Skyla's Grandad passed away on 2021 after a short hard battle with Glioblastoma Multiform Brain Tumour, the treatment provided by RCHT was outstanding and they cared for him from the beginning to the end, all through covid making it even more difficult. Without the charity the hospital would not have some of the advanced vital treatment that they do.
Our Vision- We are passionate about supporting the creation of a brilliant patient experience for everyone across the Trust at Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro, St Michaels Hospital in Hayle and West Cornwall Hospital in Penzance.
Thanks to kind and generous supporters like you, we are able to fund equipment, facilities or additional training with our patients at the heart of everything that we do
