Change Mental Health needs you! Our brand new 100 challenge involves doing 100 of something that is beneficial for your own mental wellbeing during the month of July, with the aim of raising £100 for Change Mental Health and prioritising you.

Story

In the month of July, I’m taking part in the 100 Challenge for Change Mental Health. My aim is to raise £100 for the charity by walking 100 miles over the month.

Change Mental Health places people at the heart of what they do, provides transformational support, and works in and as part of communities across Scotland. They are driven by the lived experiences of the people they support and work with.

I am taking part in the 100 challenge to make change for the greater good, to change society, to ensure a better quality of life, and to build a future where no one needs to face mental illness alone.

Please support me by donating to my Just Giving page. With your help, Change Mental Health can change lives by supporting more people across Scotland with their mental wellbeing.
