The event is aiming to raising money to support Hearing Dogs for Deaf People

Hearing Dogs not only listen out for vital sounds like alarms / doorbells / smoke alarms / baby’s crying, they also help to combat loneliness and isolation giving deaf people confidence to get out and meet family and friends as well as helping to make people aware that the person at the other end of the lead is deaf when they spot the dog’s burgundy jacket. They make a huge difference in people’s lives.
