On 15th March 2025 heaven unexpectedly and without warning gained a beautiful angel.

Jasmine who had been seizure free for over 12 months died and her family's lives were shattered.

Jasmine was 16 and loved by all who were lucky enough to know her.

At least 21 people die every week from epilepsy related causes and a significant number of these are SUDEP.

On 15.03.26 I will be running Liverpool Half marathon in Jasmines memory and to raise awareness for SUDEP.

At SUDEP Action, they focus their efforts on providing tools to help keep people safe and on the priorities that bereaved families tell us are important: To prevent deaths; To be supported; To be involved.
