During suicide prevention month on 12th September 2024 I will be running 900km over 10 days, running to all of the capital cities of the UK and Ireland. Starting in Edinburgh, onto Belfast, down to Dublin, across Wales to Cardiff and finishing in London.

My goal is to raise £100,000 for CALM to help them lead the fight against suicide. Each week we loose 125 lives to suicide in the UK, CALM is doing something about it but they need your help!
