The JD Gyms Group is raising money for the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity.

Money raised will help fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to the best treatment and care.

Why we need your support:

- Bowel cancer is the UK’s second biggest cancer killer. Today around 268,000 people are living with the disease and each year 16,000 lose their lives.

- Bowel Cancer is treatable and curable if diagnosed early. An estimated 9 in 10 people will survive bowel cancer if diagnosed at the earliest stage compared to 1 in 10 at the latter. As awareness of symptoms is low less than 20% of patients in the UK are diagnosed at the earliest stage.
