Event: Pay for a Day 2024, from 1 February 2024 to 29 February 2024
It costs £26,000 per day for St Wilfrid’s to provide our end-of-life services. With an additional day in February, and costs significantly rising, we would love for you to be a Leap Year Legend and help us pay for an extra day of vital care.

Story

I am taking on a challenge in February!

Over the month, I am going to be setting myself a gym challenge to swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles and run 26.2 miles!

That's going to be 193 lengths of the pool, 4 miles per day on the bike and run about a mile a day. (As someone who doesn't really move, this is going to be quite a challenge!).

I am fundraising to help St Wilfrid's raise £26,000 to pay for a day of hospice care in February.

---

Did you know it costs £26,000 per day to provide specialist end of life care for people in our community and to support their families and loved ones at St Wilfrid's Hospice?

2024 is a Leap Year and February has an extra day in the month.

So, as a Leap Year Legend for St Wilfrid’s Hospice, I am helping them to Pay for an Extra Day of vital end of life care.

And That’s Not All!

Every pound you help me raise in February will be match funded up to £26,000!

So, please join me to help Pay for a Day.
