Having seen first hand the work of the BRC in supporting the communities that they connect locally and internationally, I am delighted that the Bayoga Teaching team and communities are rallying to support this Pour a Cup of Kindness Campaign- what better to reflect the kindness ethos of a yoga community.

Outside of emergencies, in the UK, our services reach people who are vulnerable to provide company, care and compassion.
