Story

Hello everyone. Despite being fat, smelly, and dollop level slow, I have decided to do the London marathon.

Whilst I enjoy cycling, and thus do not ask for sponsorship for events, I absolutely hate running. It’s 8am on Sunday the 18th Feb, it’s pissing down with rain, and I have to go out for a 26km trot….

The training is getting tough, but I have been working hard to make sure I can complete this event, and I want to raise as much as possible for MS.

MS-UK is a stunning charity, and all your donations are greatly appreciated.

Much love, Jay

MS-UK is a national charity dedicated to empowering people affected by multiple sclerosis to live happier and healthier lives. They work to improve the understanding of MS and provide support where it is needed most.

Their services include a helpline, providing information and emotional support, online activities, information booklets and a bi-monthly magazine New Pathways.

£50 covers the cost of one of our yoga instructors to host an online session to help those with MS manage their physical and overall wellbeing.

£100 covers the cost to send out 70 newly diagnosed information booklets to those with a recent diagnosis of MS.

£2,900 is enough to cover the cost to run our MS E-learning course for one year for health professionals, employers, carers, or anyone that wants to further their knowledge and understanding of MS.
