Story

On the 11th October 2025 we will take on a 14 mile trail across 13 Tors of Dartmoor.

We will beat the Trails for Marie Curie and help people get the best care possible, to the end.

The Marie Curie nurses were invaluable when Jackie’s father was at the end of life. They were a support both to us and to him and made sure we were able to care for him at home until the end which was his wish. We can never thank them enough.

Since living in Devon it has become apparent that not everyone is able to access this incredible support and so we would love to raise as much money as possible to ensure they are able to reach those that need it.

All the money raised will help Marie Curie provide vital care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families at the toughest time.

£3 helps fund a meal for a patient in one of our hospices.

£26 helps help fund an hour of bereavement support by phone or webchat.

£207 helps fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home.
