The Sikh Helpline is receiving a high volume of calls and its demand has become nationwide. This bike ride will help support The Sikh Helpline to continue the vital services they provide for the Every Call Matters campaign as well as much needed.

This year, the funds raised from the 350 mile Pro Bike ride will be dedicated to continue providing crucial mental and emotional support for the increased number of calls the Sikh Helpline have received. We totalled 4480 calls at the end of 2023 with main area of support needed was for victims of abuse.

Sikh Helpline help people of all backgrounds with issues around mental and physical health, abuse, alcohol and substance abuse, domestic violence, bullying, racism, hate crimes, relationship issues, and much more! With the cost of living on the increase every single penny is needed towards the service which call enable will help us to be there as a voice of reassurance, comfort and support at the most vulnerable point of a persons life.

Due to cultural taboo, many families choose to stay silent and remain reluctant to speak out and get help before it is too late. We need the support of the local communities to help us keep up with the increasing demand of calls. Every call matters and a missed call may be the only attempt someone makes for help. It is crucial that every call is answered, please help us to help those who have nowhere else to turn. Each push of your pedal represents each one of these calls!
