Having lost some of my favourite people to an awful illness, and having to witness what they went through is heart breaking, and I'm sure that the majority of us have been in a similar situation.

Macmillan nurses support families through the hard times when they are trying to come to terms with the heartbreak that comes with Cancer. They support families and sufferers, trying to make sense of everything that this illness throws at people. So anything that I can do to help this amazing charity and help the nurses to keep supporting families I will do willingly.

I will be taking part in my first ever Hyrox event on Saturday 4th May (link to what Hyrox is below) which I am partnering up with Danny as a doubles pairing.
