I am raising money for The Woking & Sam Beare Hospice who deliver specialist and palliative care to patients & their families.

This year I have qualified for the world's largest Cycling-sportive that only takes place once every four years in France. The Legendary Paris-Brest-Paris will start on Sunday 20th August 2023. I will have a maximum of 90 hours to complete the 1240 km (780 mile) challenge. This will take place from Rambouillet (Paris) through Brittany to Brest and then back to Rambouillet.

I plan to break the ride down into 3 sections of approx. 400km (250 miles) each with a couple of hours sleep in between each section.
