To mark the 30th anniversary since my workplace accident in 1993 that left me paralysed from the waist down and confined to a wheelchair i have decided to set my self some challenges and raise some money for 2 fantastic charities that mean a lot personally to me.

I will be embarking on a series of free talks to clients through April then the fee being donated to the charities instead. i will also be doing several challenges throughout the year but also 3 sponsored events namely an accent of Mount Snowdon, a Zip Wire in Wales and then a Skydive from 15000ft
