About the charity
Wimbledon and Putney Commons are managed as a natural open space for the enjoyment of visitors and preserved for the safeguarding of the nationally important habitats the Commons provide for the flora and fauna. The Commons are a Site of Special Scientific Interest and a Special Area of Conservation
