Friends - today is Legal Aid of North Carolina's second Day of Giving. This year's theme, #StandwithLANC, emphasizes the importance of standing together to support survivors, veterans, children, families, seniors, and all North Carolinians who require legal assistance, and are unable to afford it.

As there is no constitutional right to an attorney in civil cases, the advocates and staff at Legal Aid NC strive to make equal justice accessible to everyone and to remove legal barriers to economic opportunity.
