Two friends and I are aiming to walk 100 Kilometres from Richmond to Brighton over 2 days in memory of our dear friend Lesley Wood, as a thank you to St Barnabas House which helped support Lesley in the last months of her life so that she was able to stay at home in the loving care of her husband Chris & their children Sam and Stephie.

St Barnabas House is a charity based in Worthing which provides palliative and end of life care to adults with life-limiting illnesses.

St Barnabas House believes everyone facing life-limiting illness should receive the care and support they deserve. Their mission is to provide dignity, comfort and choice for adults who need specialised, supportive care.

People's generous support has helped to provide specialist supportive care for 1,786 local people and their families at the hospice and in the comfort of their own homes last year.

Any contribution you can make will be gratefully received and will help St Barnabas House to continue to provide this excellent support to many more families.
