I’m sleeping out for the night to raise funds for Crawley Open House, and get a tiny glimpse of the misery that too many face EVERY night.

I know of the good work that Crawley Open House do for the community by chatting to the dedicated people who work there. Me and David were given the opportunity to volunteer every Friday 4pm-7pm in the kitchen and we cook for the residents. We only have a small glimpse into their work but during the time we've been there, we've seen residents pass through and be able to move on with their lives because of the support given to them by the fantastic team at Open House.

They are people who, for whatever reason, have fallen on difficult times in their life and need help and support. They could be you or me and so I would love for you to join me in thinking about others who are less fortunate than we are.

Please give a thought to all the homeless and dis-advantaged people especially at this time of year. My grateful thanks for any support you can give in helping me reach my fundraising target for this good cause and if you feel like joining in the Sleep Out it's on 27th February!
