Story
My employer, Aimia Foods have chosen Alder Hey Children's Hospital as their charity partner for 2024. They have committed to try and raise £14,000 to enable them to purchase portable sensory voyager machines and to create a dedicated sensory room.
Aimia are teaming up with Knowsley for their annual Oli Safari Walk. The walk is a 3km sponsored walk around the Knowsley grounds. The walk is wheelchair and pram friendly and when you register for the event you will get reduced price tickets and access to the safari park.
100% of the price of the tickets will go directly to Alder Hey - so the more people involved the better.
In addition, for all sponsorship money raised by participants, Aimia will match the total sponsorship amount with the total funds going to Alder Hey.
If you would like to take part you can register for the sponsored walk by going to https://www.alderheycharity.org/oli-walk/
Scroll down to the register now option which will take you to the select ticket type. After filling in your details you will see a drop down "Organisation" box - please select Aimia Foods. This will enable all tickets sales to be linked to Aimia so we can track the total raised from the event.
Registration closes on the 9th May so if you are interested please sign up soon so you don't miss out.
Alternatively if you would just like to donate to my page i'd be very grateful as any money I raise, Aimia will match.
I would love to help Alderhey raise enough for their sensor room and equipment. I have an autistic son and my daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy at Alderhey. We are blessed to have such an amazing children's hospital so close to home.
