RAFA Rides is the RAF Association’s annual global cycling event that brings together thousands of cyclists from around the world.

Story

I will be taking part in the RAFA ride your way race on the 6th June 2024. I have pledged to race 50 miles and will be trying to complete this on a spin bike with lots of tunes, and should take me about 4 hours (slow and steady wins the race)

Please support me for this challenge with my sore bottom and for a great cause!
