A team of us from Graypaul Birmingham are taking on the 26 mile Mighty Hike at the Gower Peninsula. After completing the Jurassic coast Hike last year, we decided to challenge ourselves physically again!

We all know someone that has been effected my this horrid disease. Doing something small to give back is the least we can do.
