We've all heard of 'Blue Monday', but at Oakland we're here to to debunk the myth and stand together to say that a good or bad day can happen at any time of the year - and that's okay! 💙

The third Monday of January if often referred to as 'the hardest day of the year', but Leeds Mind know that's a myth!

We'd like show our support for this amazing charity and mark the day in a different, more vibrant way and we're choosing to celebrate 'Multicoloured Monday!' on Monday 20th January ✨🌈✨

We'll be finding ways to raise money and support mental health services in our community by filling our day with colour!

Any money you can donate will be much appreciated and will go to raising funds and supporting the vital services Leeds Mind offer.
