Here we go again!!! ❤️ Half marathon @Lancaster Races on 5th May along Morecambe Prom (I like stability 😂). I started running when I retired from the NHS (2021) starting with Jo Whiley coaching on the Couch to 5K, did my first 10k with Gray in November 2023 and now it's time for the next step. It's a big step for me but Gray will encourage me through as he always does ♥ and it's nothing compared to those discovering they have a brain tumour.
