Story

Every step we take at Ottawa Race Weekend brings us closer to a world where no one faces epilepsy alone. Whether running or walking, we are moving together to raise awareness and vital funds for Epilepsy Ottawa, supporting those affected by seizures in our community.

Epilepsy impacts 1 in 100 people, yet many still struggle with stigma, isolation, and limited access to resources. By participating in this race, we’re not just crossing a finish line—we’re breaking barriers, spreading awareness, and providing hope. Every donation helps fund essential programs, advocacy, and support services for individuals and families navigating life with epilepsy.

This race is more than just distance—it’s about making a difference. Join us in taking strides toward a future where epilepsy is better understood and supported. Together, we can turn every step into a step forward for those who need it most. 💜
