Story

While severely hungover recently, the pair of us discussed how much we’d love to give up alcohol for a while. We both accepted that we’d find this incredibly difficult to adhere to without a powerful reason behind us. Therefore in memory of the last Hearts captain to win the Scottish Cup, we will cease drinking alcohol for the entirety of the 2024/25 Scottish Premiership season, hopefully returning to alcohol to watch Hearts lift the Scottish cup at the end of May 2025!

The charity we have chosen to raise money for is Motor Neurone Disease Scotland who do incredible work raising money to fund research in finding a cure for this horrible disease and supporting people with MND and their families.

Marius Zaliukas, the man who captained Hearts to the 2012 Scottish Cup sadly passed away on October 31st 2020 as a result of MND.

We both believe wholeheartedly in the work that MND Scotland do and dream of a day that a cure is found.

We have no set target for our fundraiser, but please if you can afford to, spare what ever you can to our efforts.

Thanks,

Jamie and Craig
