Rainbow Mind is our LGBTQ+ specific mental health service for members of the LGBTQ+ community living in the City and Hackney

Story

I bought a bike this year and am taking on the Ride London challenge on Sunday 26th May to raise vital funds for Rainbow Mind! So grateful for any donations you can give, to this brilliant cause.

Evidence shows that people who identify as LGBTQ+ experience higher levels of mental health problems than the general population in the UK

We are riding 60miles between London and Essex, raising funds for Rainbow Mind, which exists to address this inequality and support LGBTQ+ people and their mental health needs, just £20 could help support someone like Ross:

"The help I received from Rainbow Mind was invaluable at a time when I felt really scared and lost. I felt listened to and understood, and I learned practical ways to help manage my condition. But most importantly I felt safe throughout the process and was always treated with kindness" - Ross

We focus on delivering services centered around compassion and nurturing a relationship with ourselves, delivered in a safe and affirming environment by LGBTQ+ people, for LGBQ+ people
