Our 7 year old son James was diagnosed with metastatic medulloblastoma (a type of brain cancer which spread to his spine) in April 2024. As a result of his diagnosis and intensive treatment (radiotherapy and chemotherapy), he has had to learn to walk again. He is currently on maintenance chemotherapy.
James loves football and is a huge Nottingham Forest fan.
To celebrate turning 8 years old on 26th February, James is going to walk around the pitch at the City Ground on Friday 21st February to raise more funds for Childrens Brain Tumour Research.
Over £700m is spent on cancer research in the UK every year, yet less than 3% is spent on brain tumour research. Please help us to raise funds so better treatments and hopefully, ultimately, a cure can be found.
We really appreciate your support.
