As you all know I have had some journey since being diagnosed with clear cell sarcoma. Being giving the all clear and then having a further two scares and being fortunate enough to over come a disease that effect's us all I have decided to do 5 events for North West Cancer Research.

Let’s be honest that 1 Hyrox for someone in my shape and fitness is tough feat so I thought 4 Hyrox and a kick round to warm up sounds like a brilliant idea!

Please donate as much as you can for such a good hard working local charity. I have picked this charity because I know the team and I know how hard they work.

A huge thank you to Dom Ainsworth for not only getting me in the best possible shape but also doing 2 of the events with me. Dom has been on this journey every step of the way helping with rehab from the first operation, getting me fit for the second which was the big one and then the rehab after that. At one stage I couldn’t walk 1km I’m now running regular 10km my fastest being just under 44 minutes and recently ticked off 16 miles.
