It is our 40th year providing compassion and care to people all across the Lothians who are living with a neurological condition. Please help us fundraise to ensure we can continue to provide our vital services for the next 40 years.

I have volunteered with Compass for over 12 years and realise how much of a difference they make to people's lives. They have given 40 years of Compassion and Care to people living with neurological and other health conditions and I want to help them reach their target of £40,000 during their Birthday Year!

About the charity

We are an organisation with the trading name Compass. Formerly known as the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre Lothian we are a locally-based charity providing practical and beneficial information, support services and therapies to those living with neurological conditions.
