This year, Ian my guide runner, and I will be running the London 10K together.We have been running together for more than a year.I lost my eyesight suddenly in 2023 due to LHON , a genetic condition. Running helped me through the trauma. And Ian helped me to continue running.

, We want to challenge ourselves to run this event, then push on to take on a half-marathon at some stage in the future!

We're supporting the Manna Society since we both want to give back to those who have fallen on challenging circumstances, to the extent that they need the services that the Manna Society provide.
