Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The idea is to try and run and complete a half marathon wearing high heels!! Not sure how it will go, but hoping to raise as much money for CHECT as possible, see below.

I have also had the run registered as a new official world record attempt to add a bit of pressure, first ever (and therefor it would be the fastest) half marathon wearing high heels for a male..

So, thank you for taking the time to look at this page, I know things are tight for everyone at the moment, if you can donate then that would be amazing and thank you.

The Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (CHECT) is the UK’s only charity dedicated to helping people affected by retinoblastoma (Rb), a rare childhood cancer of the eye. CHECT is free and their services are open to everyone affected by Rb, including friends, family, supporters of CHECT, and healthcare professionals. CHECT offers lifelong support to families, starting from the moment a child is diagnosed and continuing through treatment, into adulthood, and beyond. As a small charity CHECT receives no government funding and relies on the kindness of others to provide their services.
