Tom and I are running the Worksop Half Marathon in October in aid of Samaritans.

Samaritans is a place to reach out in a time of struggle, so we're raising money for this great charity - and to remind anyone needing support where they are able to get it.

Your donations can go towards helping in several ways;

- £5 is the cost to answer a call for help

- £96 could train and support an existing volunteer for a year

- £200 could cover the cost of a new volunteer

- £500 could keep the phone lines open for a whole hour, at any point during the year or any time of day or night
