I'm walking 100 miles in 4 days from Skipton to Penrith looking to complete the Lady Anne Way (normally done in 6 days ... ).

It's for an urgent cause. Holy Trinity Skipton, a magnificent grade 1 listed church, at the heart of the community, is looking to be one of the first major churches in England to go carbon neutral. Currently, the church has no heating at all because it's broken! There's so much brilliant outreach at Holy Trinity and a warm welcome is essential, but not if it warms the earth too. They need £500,000 urgently. Not only will this help them reach their carbon neutral pledge; it will also mean they can improve the accessibility of the building, allowing its 7 day outreach to be properly extended to those who make use of wheelchairs and struggle with steps.
