Story

We sadly lost my wonderful Mother in law and Leos Nanny in November 2023 after an incredibly brave battle with cancer.

The Norfolk Hospice provided care and support for Sue and our family which we will be eternally grateful for.

Sue's grandson Leo decided he would like to run the Mini Gear event in Kings Lynn this year. This is the childrens version of the Great East Anglian Run and is a total distance of 2k.

We mentioned how people who take part in events like this can try to raise money for charities and he immediately said he wanted to run for his Nanny.

I will be running with Leo (I hope I can keep up) as he is not old enough to run it on his own.

Please donate what you can. We hope you and your loved ones never need to use this organisation but sadly there are lots of families who will and their work is incredibly important.

They provided support to Sue and us at the worst time of our lives with such dignity and compassion, we wont ever be able to thank them enough.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

James and Leo.
